Benefit Barcode, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter "us, "we", “Benefit Barcode”, or “www.Bercode.com”) operates the www.Bercode.com website, contained within or otherwise available through external hyperlinks within such websites, mobile and other applications of the foregoing, and associated social media outlets (collectively, the “Site”). We collect information through the Site, including personal information about you. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the use of the Site, any other related products or services provided by Benefit Barcode (taken together the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by us. The Service is offered subject to your (hereinafter the "User") acceptance and agreement without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be put into practice by or published from time to time on the Site by us.
The following explains what we collect and how we collect it.

1. COOKIES WE USE
